Does that mean your old version was lousy? I thought it was perfect, that's what you've been telling me all these years. How could you improve it? It's like asking someone, "Have you lost weight?" After they win they are given information that sometimes shines an entirely different light on what they thought they knew. This is especially true in foreign policy matters.
