I really should make a blog post.

The other day I got mad at Comcast and posted a mini-rant on my blog. Ten minutes later, I relented and changed it to another post. In that short span of time, a customer service rep replied to that post (that’s where that came from). I started a dialog with them that so far has been most pleasant and very concerned. Regardless of whether this helps or not, it’s good to know that they’re trying to help.
