The hapless St. Louis Rams organization has been getting rid of executive types over the last couple of weeks. Surprisingly, these have been upper-level management, and not the offensive line coach. It’s obvious this once-great franchise needs change, and I’m excited about the possibilities. It couldn’t get much worse. (Well, it could be the Lions.) There have been lots of rumors about who the head coach might be. Jim Haslett is not a lock, despite doing well and being popular with the players. Even Mike Martz might be available. I still love you, Mad Mike! Every day I burn a timeout before the two-minute warning in your honor.
