I don’t know why, but I like office supplies. I like going to Office Max and Office Depot, even if I’m just walking around and don’t buy anything. I’m insanely picky about the pens I buy. My desk at work has scissors, a stapler, two colors of highlighters, post-it notes, paper clips and push pins. These things make me happy and I’m not sure why. I guess it’s better than being a serial killer. (Sorry, been watching too much Dexter. Okay, that’s not true, Dexter is awesome.)

What, only two colors of highlighters?! C’mon, you can do better than that. Get ye hence to Office Depot and pick up at least two more.
My downfall is magnetic whiteboards (I think I own 6 or 7) and their accoutrements. At work I have one that’s an erasable calendar, with eight colors of markers and more magnets than you can shake a stick at. I’m also big on Post-It notes in multiple colors. Especially when used on a whiteboard.
